2. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with the tracking number and link. Click the link to track your order or enter your tracking number here. The tracking will start to show updates within 1-2 days.
2.1 My Tracking isn't showing any tracking info after 2 days

2.2 The last update happened 5 days ago or longer
If your package just departed it is on the way to your country. This step usually takes 3-7 days. The next update will follow once it has arrived at the airport.
If your package has arrived in your country, it may be in customs processing. The tracking will show infos like "customs clearance in process". This step usually takes 1-5 days but may be delayed due to Covid-19. We do not have any control over the customs clearance times, so we kindly ask for your patience.
Your order will be delivered by a local courier in your country. Once your package is with the local courier it usually takes 3-5 days until you receive your order.
3.1 Which courier will deliver my package?

3.2 My package has been delivered but I didn't receive it
Please make sure to check the following:
1. Check if your shipping address is correct
2. Check with your neighbors / family members / any individuals who may have accepted the package for you
3. Check if the package was left in a safe place (front door/porch, garden, garage, ...)
4. Check your mailbox for notifications that your package is ready for pickup

3.2 My package is ready for pick up but I don't know where it is
